Enhancement: Usernames can now be updated in the Edit User page

  I’m pleased to announce that we have made the following enhancement to SupplierSelect: Usernames can now be updated in the Edit User page   Anyone with access to User Administration will now be able to update a users Login name, to do this please see below. Find the user you wish to update the username for (this can be done via accounts, search users). Once in the Edit User page you will see the Login* box which is an editable field to update a username.     When updated remember to click Save to keep the changes.  

Question number has been added to the attachment area

      There has been a change to the attachment page for respondents.  Question numbers are now available next to the attachments found on the Attachments page when it is filtered to "Question Attachments" using the drop down on the right side. The question number is shown in the "order" column, please see the screenshot below.   

Enhancement: Define the Width and Height of Text boxes before importing Excel questions

I’m pleased to announce that we have made the following enhancement to SupplierSelect: Define the Width and Height of Text boxes before importing Excel questions It is now possible to set standard text box dimensions prior to importing Excel formatted questions. To do this, once you have created your draft project and go into Define Questionnaire, Select Import Excel Questions.       Choose the Excel Questions to import and select Advanced Options     Here you can set the width and height of textboxes prior to importing your questions to save editing time later.    

Enhancement - Answer Comments in Excel

I’m pleased to announce that we have made the following enhancement to SupplierSelect: Answer Comments in Excel​ We’ve listened to all of your feedback and I’m very pleased to announce its now possible to include the answer comments in the Excel format of the report wizard. To do so, select the “Report wizard” from the Project Reports area in the left menu and select the format “Excel.” You will now see an option to include the answer comments and only show those responses where answer comments have been left:    

Enhancement - Bulk publishing responses

It’s now possible to bulk publish responses when additional respondents are added to a live project. For example, in the project below there are four respondents who have been sent the questionnaire, the status of the project is “Live.” If we now add six additional Respondents to the project (Bank C, Bank D, and Bank E; two markets each). The response statuses appear as “Not Sent” You will notice in the “Response Status” column the option “Bulk Publish”, if you select this you will be able to “Proceed” and publish all of the responses in one go.

Enhancement - Identifying mandatory questions within a questionnaire

I’m pleased to announce that we have made the following enhancement to SupplierSelect: Identifying mandatory questions within a questionnaire ​It’s now possible to identify if a questionnaire contains mandatory questions in the evaluator view (this has always been available to the respondent). This can be done from the questionnaire library or from within a project. You will now see an additional column to identify how many mandatory questions are present in a section and if you drill down you can see the number of mandatory questions per sub section.     

Enhancement - Projects tab

I can now confirm that we have further enhanced the “Projects” tab to include details of who submitted the final response. If you hover over the response status “Submitted” you will see the name of the user that submitted the response, their email address and the date the response was submitted on:   Hopefully this will save you having to look back at the event log for each project to retrieve this information. 

Up and Coming - New Projects page

Over the weekend we will be releasing a new version of the “Projects” page. The majority of the functionality will remain the same but the look and feel of the page has been updated as newer technology has been used to speed up the loading time of the page. Likewise any of the filters that are in place on screen e.g.

Enhancement - Submitting a response

Submitting a response Following feedback from a number of clients we have made several enhancements to the submit response workflow. To some users it was unclear that the invitation needed to be submitted as well as accepted. To improve this we have made the process more workflow-oriented and used colours to indicate the different response statuses: The status of the questionnaire will also be displayed at the top of the page to clearly indicate the current status of the questionnaire:   

Enhancement - The Help Menu

The Help Menu As well as updating all of the user guides to include screenshots from the new user interface and include new functionality that has been added, Thomas Murray have also been working on a series of short training videos to support these guides. These short tutorial videos cover key elements of the platform and talk through, step by step, both the evaluator and respondent side of SupplierSelect.
